Unless there is an extreme emergency, there is a 24-hour cancellation window. If a session is cancelled on the same day of the session, the cost of the session will be deducted in full. All payments are collected through BACS, BIZUM OR DIRECT IMMEDIATE TRANFER. The session fees is to be paid for ahead of time or will be collected the latest, the day before the session is performed.
